i was struggling to get help with my broken jaw. in sheboygan area took probably 5 called to different locations. finally got on the phone with Rachel she does the appointments. she helped me set everything up and get my stuff figured out. very nice lady. very good at her job. definitely think she deserves a raise.

Recently, my dad passed away in ICU and the nurse Hazel (MICU) was awesome. She made the entire experience so much better. Especially since this was one of the hardest days of our lives which helped us deal with his passing. Every nurse should be as respectful, professional and full of compassion as Hazel at Froedert Hospital. I would like to also give a shout out to the doctors who care for him as well and helped us make the one decision no one wants to make, but we sometimes have to for our loved ones.

I had the best experience at Froedtert Hospital. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy with reconstruction. All of the doctors, nurses and staff were professional, polite, and very helpful. I have switched all my healthcare to the Froedtert system now. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received.

I want to thank the ER team for their treatment and their time on Dec 13th ²⁰²⁵ They listened and I felt genuine care. Their aid was prompt careful and measured. The team watched over me for hours and helped stabilize me. Several referrals for after vist care I will fallow through on.

This place really impressed me. The staff were amazing, so friendly, especially the nurses. And the food? It was fantastic! I've tried hospital food before, but it's usually quite bland. Honestly, the food here was really great, and I actually enjoyed my 5-day stay.

Everyone is very friendly. 100% attention to my concerns.hospital is very overwhelming first time there due to its very large size.when they offer you a map for your visit, make sure & accept. Map is easy to follow & really helps

My husband and I have been going to Froedtert the last 3 months. Today we were waiting for someone from patient transport to take us to the CFAC department. A young man named EJ showed up. He was so polite and empathetic to why we were there that I had to let him know how wonderful he is at what he does.

Excellent hospital. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were here on the 8th floor, which requires being put on a list in order to visit your family member. Unfortunately, only 4 members are authorized to be on that list. Only two at a time. It made visiting very difficult but doable. This has been the most strict hospital when it comes to visiting hours. 8am-8pm period! Always keep in mind that you need to stand in line to receive a badge, so factor in 15-30 minutes before you're expected.

Thank you, Froedtert Hospital Main Campus, for the excellent care I received last Monday at Imaging Services. The nurse was super helpful and the radiologist, John Heighway, MD, was the best and most compassionate person. Please ask him NOT to retire EVER! :) So proud of this hospital and all the state-of-the art equipment!

Dr's and staff were all great to my spouse BUT the important part of this review is regarding what other patients are allowed to do: bring crying, sick children to visit??!! Seriously? Patients are trying to rest and recover and u got some loud coughing crying kid running around, spreading germs everywhere, tv's, phones or tablets allowed to be too loud. Earbuds should be mandatory! How about a code of conduct for patients? The staff should enforce some basic does and don'ts about a quiet restful environment as a rule for everyone.
